In 2019 Sei Asakura became the first Japanese parkour athlete to win a global competition, and then gave extraordinary performances in the freestyle event at the First Parkour Japan Championship  as well as in the 2021 Japanese tournament, Top of Japan. One of the leading figures of Parkour, having established his unique “saintkour,” style of light movement without a chosen place, etc. With plenty of fans of both his remarkable skills and his looks, Asakura is an athlete who is attracting attention both in and outside competitions.
